Lake of Fire: A Feature Screenplay

Lucy tries to restart her life after taking someone else's, while Ray, a hard-drinking Primitive Baptist preacher, dreams of building his very own Jesus Putt-Putt. Lake of Fire puts a modern spin on the Southern Gothic genre, weaving together themes of family and friendship with a raw-boned look at fallen humanity, all those poor fools who "swim in hell's fires," as Ray says, and ignore the sweet salvation at their door.
